                              JUDGMENT

The petitioner has preferred Ext.P3 representation before the

2nd respondent requesting for a transfer and posting to the office of

the 1st respondent at Thiruvananthapuram District or any other

nearby Districts.

2. Heard the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents

also.

3. After hearing both sides, I am inclined to dispose of the

writ petition with a direction to the 2 nd respondent to consider and

pass orders on Ext.P3 representation submitted by the petitioner,

within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of

this judgment, after affording an opportunity of being heard to the

petitioner.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
