        OP (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   all further proceedings pursuant to Exhibit P7 order in EP No. 60/2017 in
   O.S No. 181/2011 on the files of Munsiff's Court, Kanjirappally pending
   dispsoal of the Original Petition (Civil).


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   16.01.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S PHILIP T. VARGHESE,
   THOMAS T.VARGHESE, ACHU SUBHA ABRAHAM, V.T.LITHA & K.R.MONISHA, Advocates
