Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to direct the respondents to permit regularization by allowing

This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and
the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of

additional respondent No.5. Learned Government Pleader takes
notice for respondents 1 to 4 as well as for the additionally
impleaded 5th respondent.

In the meanwhile, there will be an interim direction to
the additionally impleaded 5th respondent to take up Exhibt P10
Form A application submitted by the petitioner and to consider
and pass orders on the same, taking note of the decision of this
Court in State of Kerala and Others v. Binu Mathew
Chacko and Others [2020 (6) KHC 717].
