Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to direct the respondents one to four to initiate steps for
resumption of property of the Keezhanikavu Temple admeasuring 1.46 Acres
of land in Sy.No.434/4 in Alangad Village of Paravoor Taluk pending
disposal of the above Writ Petition (Civil).
This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and
the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
M/S SRI.N.M.MADHU, SMT.C.S.RAJANI Advocates for the petitioners and
