                                      ORDER

We have heard Sri.P.B.Subramanyan, learned counsel for the appellant and deem it appropriate to admit this appeal. It is so ordered.

The petitioner will take out notice to the respondent by speed post.

List on 2/6/2022, until which time, the impugned judgment of the Family Court will stand stayed however on condition that the appellant shall not alienate the property without further orders from this Court.
