     Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to pass an order permitting the petitioner to execute the
agreement without insisting for conditions in Exhibit P2, pending disposal
of this W.P.(C) in the interest of justice.


     This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
M/S. JOBY JACOB PULICKEKUDY and ANIL GEORGE, Advocates for the petitioner
and of STANDING COUNSEL for the Respondents, the court passed the

Nos.2558/2022 and 4140/2022, there will be an interim order in

this writ petition directing the respondents to permit the

petitioner to execute agreements without insisting on providing

Additional Performance Guarantee, provisionally and subject to

the outcome of the writ petition.
