                            JUDGMENT

Dated this the 24th day of March, 2022

The petitioner is before this Court seeking to

direct the 1st respondent to issue certified copies of the

documents as applied for by the petitioner, since the

certified copies of those documents in the possession of the

petitioner were lost during flood.

When this writ petition came up for hearing

today, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks

permission to withdrawn the writ petition with liberty to file a

properly constituted application before the 1 st respondent.

Granting such liberty, the writ petition is dismissed as

withdrawn.
