        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to issue, pending
   final disposal of this revision, an order staying all further proceedings
   in execution and enforcement of the judgment dated 20.12.2019 in RCA No.3
   of 2017 of the Additional Rent Control Appellate Authority -II, Kottayam
   arising from order dated 31.10.2016 in RCP No.31 of 2015 of the Principal
   Rent Control Court, Kottayam.


        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's
   order dated 11.03.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.ABRAHAM
