                        J U D G M E N T

A. Muhamed Mustaque, J This original petition was filed seeking the

following reliefs:

"I) To direct the Family Court, Kollam to try and dispose of OP (HMA) 1388 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble court.

II) Such other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

2. The respondent entered appearance.

3. We cannot pressurise the Family Court to

dispose of the pending matters within the time frame

fixed by this Court. This Court in Shiju Joy v.

Nisha [(2021 (2) KLT 607)] has given necessary guidelines to the Family Court to dispose of the

pending matters. However, we direct both parties to

appear for mediation on 1.04.2022 before the

Mediation Sub Centre, Kollam. Registry shall

communicate this order to the Family Court.

This original petition is disposed of as above.
