           RESIDING AT KAKKODU VEEDU, KOZHUKKULLI, ELEVAMPADAM P.O.,
           KIZHAKKANCHERY AMSOM AND DESOM, ALATHUR TALUK, PALAKKAD DISTRICT,
           PIN-678684.

        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   and all further proceedings pursuant to the judgment dated 31-08-2021 in
   O.P.No.790 of 2016 on the file of the Family court, Palakkad, pending
   disposal of the above Matrimonial Appeal.
        This Application coming on for orders, upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this courts order dated
   22/11/2021, and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.B.KRISHNAN,
