                         JUDGMENT

Though the petitioner has been granted a regular

permit, timings have not been settled and the permit

issued, is his grievance.

2. The learned senior Government Pleader, on

instructions submits that the current records of the

vehicle were not made available and that as soon as

they are produced, the timings shall be settled.

Accordingly the Writ Petition is disposed of

directing that on the petitioner making available the

current records of the vehicle, timings shall be

settled by the authority in a meeting to be convened

not later than two months from the production of the

records as above.
