        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to stay the operation of the judgment and decree dated 03.07.2012
   in O.S. No:534/2012 on the file of the Munsiff Court, Neyyattinkara,
   pending disposal of this Writ Petition.


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this Court's order dated
   18.01.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI. C.UNNIKRISHNAN, Advocate
   for the petitioner, the court passed the following:

                                           ORDER

Await service of notice on R2 and R3.

Interim order shall stand extended by two months.

The petitioner will argue about the maintainability of the writ petition in the next posting date.
