      OP(Criminal) having come up for orders on 16/03/2022, upon perusing

the letter dated 02/02/2022 from Judicial First Class Magistrate II,

Kanjirappally and this Court's judgment dated 16/11/2021, the court on

the same day passed the following.

                                            O R D E R

This O.P(Crl) was disposed of on 16th

November,2021 directing the Judicial First Class Magistrate-II,

Kanjirapally to dispose of C.C.No.658/2018 within a period of

two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.

Now, the learned Magistrate has reported that due to personal

reasons, she was on leave for some time. It is also reported that

herself and her staff members were affected by covid and most

of them were on quarantine, so that day-to-day trial of the case

was not possible. Therefore, the learned Magistrate has sought

for two more months' time to dispose of the case. In view of the

above report, two more months' time is granted to dispose of

C.C.No.658 of 2018.
