ORDER
Learned counsel for the respondent submits that instructions are
still awaited. Learned counsel shall get specific instructions regarding
the steps taken for constituting a District Medical Board and also steps
taken regarding the direction contained in paragraph 5 of the judgment-
Specific instruction shall be made available on or before 18/03/2022,
failing which the respondent will be directed to appear in person and
explain.
