                       O R D E R

The petitioner, who is the wife of the

respondent herein, who is the original

petitioner in O.P.No.380/2019 pending before

the Family Court, Kattappana, seeks transfer

of the same to Family Court, Kottarakkara.

2. The learned counsel appeared for the

respondent did not oppose the transfer, as

sought for.

3. Accordingly, taking note of the

convenience canvassed by the petitioner, this

Transfer Petition is allowed. O.P.No.380/2019

pending before the Family Court, Kattappana,

is transferred to the Family Court,

Kottarakkara.

4. Family Court, Kattappana is directed

to forward the case records in O.P.No.380/2019

to Family Court, Kottarakkara forthwith. Tr.P.(C) No.232/2020

Parties shall appear before the Family

Court, Kottarakkara on 21.07.2022.

Registry is directed to forward a copy of

this order within 7 days for information and

compliance to the Family Court, Kattappana and

Kottarakkara.
