                                    JUDGMENT

This writ petition was filed seeking a declaration that Ext.P2 regulation is

applicable to all the students studying BAMS course under the 1st respondent

University and for incidental reliefs.

2. When the matter came up for admission, this Court had granted an

interim order directing the respondents to permit the petitioners to appear for

the III Professional BAMS Supplementary Examination (2012 Scheme), March

2018 to be held from 14.3.2018 onwards.

3. When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is submitted by the

learned counsel that the petitioners had appeared for the examinations and in

that view of the matter, nothing further survives in this writ petition.

Having considered the submissions, the interim order dated 5.3.2018 is

made absolute and this writ petition is closed.
