THIS CONTEMPT OF COURT CASE (CIVIL) HAVING COME UP FOR

 CON.CASE(C) NO. 709 OF 2022
                                     2

                                JUDGMENT

When this matter was called today, Smt.Parvathy K. -

learned Government Pleader, submitted that the directions in

the judgment have been fully complied with by the

respondent.

2. Sri.Aneesh K.R., learned counsel for the petitioner,

controverted to the afore, saying that the present proceedings

issued by the respondent is in violation of the orders of this

Court, because there is no survey sketch or report mentioned

to have been obtained therein.

3. I am afraid that I cannot enter into the merits of the

afore contentions because, if the petitioner has any objection

to the proceedings now settled by the respondent, he will have

to challenge it appropriately.

Resultantly, leaving the afore liberty open to the

petitioner, I close this contempt case without any further

orders.
