          Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith the High
   Court be pleased to revive and extend the stay granted on 02.03.2018, of the judgments and decrees
   in AS.138/2011 before the Additional District Judge,Tirur dated 12.12.2017 and in OS.64/2004 before
   the Munsiff Magistrate Court,Ponnani dated 18.07.2005 which expired on 25.03.2022, until such time
   as pleased by this Hon'ble Court.
          This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application and the affidavit filed in
   support thereof and this Court's order dated 04.12.2021 in IA.1/2018 (I.A.752/2018) and upon hearing
   the arguments of SRI.JAMSHEED HAFIZ, SMT.T.S.SREEKUTTY, Advocates for the petitioners and of
   SRI.SANTHEEP ANKARATH for R1, SRI.C.A.ANOOP for R2, the court passed the following:

Interim order revived and extended for a period of four months.
