        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to grant two weeks
   time to pay the 1st installment to the respondent as per the order by this
   Honourable Court dated 18/03/2022 in the interest of justice.

   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's judgment

Learned Counsel for the bank submitted that due to failure by the writ petitioner to abide by the conditions imposed in the judgment, respondents have taken possession of the secured asset.

In view of the above, this application to extend the time to pay the first installment has become infructious. Accordingly, this IA is closed.
