        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to stay the operation of the direction in Ext.P-12 letter and
   Ext.P-1 work order, pending disposal of this Writ Petition(Civil).


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this court's order dated
   30/05/2022, upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.PRAMOD, P.V.MATHEW
   (POWANCHIRA), N.S.ANIL BOSE, ASWATHI SURESH & BIJU VIGNESWAR, Advocates
   for the petitioner, and of GOVERNMENT PLEADER for R1, R2 & R5, the court
   passed the following:


                                          ORDER

Learned Government Pleader submits that in terms of the directions in Ext.P10 judgment, the parties were heard and an order has been passed.

Post on 22-06-2022.

Counter affidavit shall be placed on record in the meanwhile.
