                           JUDGMENT

The petitioners are stage carriage operators in

Malappuram District. They have filed Ext.P4 joint

request for revision of timings of their own services

covered by Exts.P1 to P3 regular permits. The

grievance of the petitioners is that Ext.P4 request is

not so far considered by the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the

petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for

the respondent.

3. In the facts and circumstances of the case,

there will be a direction to the respondent to consider

Ext.P4 request in accordance with law after notice to

the affected/interested persons, if any, as

expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period WP(C).No.18688 OF 2022

of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of

this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of with the above

direction.
