                       JUDGMENT

When this matter is taken up for consideration today, it is

submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent

Bank that the entire liability of the petitioner can be closed under

one time settlement, if the petitioner remits a sum of

Rs.3,55,000/-(Rupees Three Lakhs Fifty Five Thousand Only)

within 2 months from today.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

petitioner will endevour to settle the liability under one time

settlement within the time specified.

This Writ Petition is accordingly closed, recording the

submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the

respondent Bank.
