                                 JUDGMENT

Dated this the 3rd day of June, 2022

This contempt of court case is filed alleging non-

compliance of Annexure A1 order.

2. It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the

KSEB that after Annexure A1 order, the matter has been

considered, orders passed and the gratuity paid to the petitioner.

In the above view of the matter, in case the petitioner

has any claim for interest, it is open to the petitioner to raise such

claim before the appropriate authority under the Payment of

Gratuity Act, 1972.

With the above observation, the contempt of court case

is closed.
