Dated this the 1st day of July, 2022

The petitioner approached this Court seeking to direct

the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Ernakulam-II to dispose

I.A. No.1268 of 2022 in S.A. No.291 of 2022 within a time

frame fixed by this Court.

2. When the writ petition came up for admission today,

the counsel on either side submitted that the DRT has took

up the matter subsequently and has granted interim relief to

the petitioner.

In view of the said subsequent development, this

Original Petition is rendered infructuous and hence, the

O.P(DRT) is dismissed as infructuous. The petitioner may

prosecute his cause before the DRT.
