        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further
   proceedings pursuant to the judgment and decree in OS No 45 of 2017 dated
   26.3.21 on the file of the Sub Court, Devikulam pending consideration of
   the above appeal in the interest of justice.
        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this Court's
   order dated 17/11/2021 and upon hearing the arguments of G.SREEKUMAR
   (CHELUR), Advocate for the petitioners and of M/S.P.B.KRISHNAN,
