Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to correct name of the
2nd petitioner as Omana Avirachan and also the survey number as Sy
No.745/1-A-2, A-3 in the summary of the case as well as in paragraph No. 1
of the statement of facts, in the above writ petition in the interest of
justice.
This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's judgment
dated 20/09/2021 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.DILIP &
S.BIJILAL, Advocates for the petitioners in I.A/WP(C), the court passed
the following:

ORDER
The writ petition was disposed of as per judgment dated 20.9.2021
directing consideratin of the application under Section 27A of the Kerala
Conservation of Paddy Land and Wet Land Act, 2008. However, the I.A. is
filed stating that by an inadvertent omission, certain mistakes have been
crept in describing the survey number and name of the 2 nd petitioner.
Therefore, a petition for correction is filed and it reads thus:
"For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is
humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to
correct name of the 2nd petitioner as Omana Avirachan and also
the survey number as Sy. No.745/1-A-2,A-3 in the summary of
the case as well as in paragraph No.1 of the statement of facts,
in the above writ petition in the interest of justice."
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the Iearned
Government Pleader, the I.A. will stand allowed. Registry is directed to carry
out necessary corrections in the writ petition and carryout consequential
corrections in the judgment and re-issue the same.
