           KANIYAMBETTA P.O., CHEKKALLOOR, KANIYAMBETTA VILLAGE, VYTHIRI TALUK,
           WAYANAD DISTRICT, PIN - 673 121.

   RESPONDENTS/RESPONDENTS:

       1. WAYANAD DISTRICT CO-OPERATIVE BANK LTD, PANAMARAM BRANCH, PANAMARAM
          P.O., WAYANAD DISTRICT, PIN- 670 721 REPRESENTED BY ITS BRANCH
          MANAGER.
       2. STATE OF KERALA REPRESENTED BY PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, HIGH COURT OF
          KERALA, ERNAKULAM - 682 031.

        Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
   High Court be pleased to suspend the order of sentence dated 24.04.2019 in
   S.T.C No 2/2019 on the files of the Judicial First Class Magistrate
   Court,Kalpetta, which is confirmed as per judgment dated 20.11.2021 in
   Crl.Appeal No 40/2019 on the files of the Sessions Court, Kalpetta,
   Wayanad, including execution of Warrant and enlarge the petitioner on
   bail, pending disposal of the above Revision Petition.
        This Application coming on for admission upon perusing the
   application and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.MATHEW KURIAKOSE,
   Advocate for the petitioner and PUBLIC PROSECITOR for second respondent,
   the court passed the following:
                                      ORDER

The execution of the sentence shall stand suspended on condition of the petitioner executing a bond for Rs. 1,00,000/-(Rupees one lakh only) with two solvent sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the trial court within one month and on further condition that the petitioner shall deposit Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand only) at the trial court within one month from today.
