   18.02.2022, the court on the same day passed the following:

                                            ORDER

When the matter was taken up on 14/01/2022,the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that they intend to prefer an appeal against the judgment of this Court dated 06.06.2017.

Today,when the matter was taken up, the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent submtted that Writ Appeal No.1740 of 2021 is filed and the delay is condoned, and the appeal is posted to next week for admission.

Post the Contempt Case after two weeks.
