          Prayer for interim relief in the Writ Appeal stating that in the
    circumstances stated in the appeal memorandum the High Court be pleased
    to direct the 3rd respondent to take necessary steps to allot the land to
     the appellants as ordered in Exhibit P3 G.O. dated 4.3.2014, pending
     disposal of this Writ Appeal.


        This writ appeal again coming on for orders on 16.02.2022 upon
   perusing the appeal memorandum and this Court's order dated 31/01/2022,
   the court on the same day passed the following:

                                     O R D E R

On 31.1.2022, we directed respondents 4 to 7 to measure the land and submit a report.

On this day, when the matter came up for further hearing, Mr.V.Tek Chand, learned Senior Government Pleader submitted that survey has been initiated, but certain sketches are required, which Kerala Water Authority has furnished through him. Learned Senior Government Pleader further submitted that the same has been forwarded to respondents 4 to 7 and requested a week's time to complete the work and submit a report, as ordered on 31.1.2022.

Post on 23.2.2022.
