        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to extend the time
   stipulated for the payment of the fine amount in the Judgment in Crl.A>No.
   2025/2005 dated, 10.09.2021, by one more month, in the interest of
   justice.




        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
   of SRI.BABU S. NAIR, Advocate for the petitioners and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR
   Advocates for the respondent, the court passed the following:




                                              ORDER

Taking note of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the contents of Crl. M.A.1/2022, the time limit for deposit of Rs. 50,000/- in the judgment in Crl.Appeal No. 2025/2005 will stand extended by a period of one month from today.
