        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of the judgment and decree dated 30.08.2017 in O.S.237/2014 on the files
   of II Addl.Sub Court,Thrissur during the pendency of the above appeal so
   as to secure the ends of justice.
        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's order dated
   10/01/2022 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.P.K.SAJEEV, Advocate for
   the petitioner/appellant and of M/s.K.R.ARUN KRISHNAN and DEEPA
   K.RADHAKRISHNAN, Advocates for the respondents/respondents in RFA, the
   court passed the following:
