        OP (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   all further proceedings in O.S No. 201/2013 on the file of the Munsiff's
   Court, Varkala, pending final disposal of this original petition.


        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/S M.R.RAJESH & JAWAHAR T.M, Advocates for the petitioner, the court
   passed the following:

Issue notice to the respondent by special messenger.

Post for hearing the matter positively on 08-02-2022.

In the meantime, pronouncement of judgment shall stand stayed and the trial court can go with the final hearing of the matter during the period.
