                               JUDGMENT

Admit. Government Pleader takes notice for the 1 st

respondent. In view of the order that is proposed to be issued,

notice to the 2nd respondent is dispensed with.

2. The prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the 1 st

respondent to consider and pass orders on Exts.P2 and P4 appeals

at the earliest.

3. The Government Pleader on instructions submits that

Exts.P2 and P4 have been received and are pending.

It is seen that Ext.P2 appeal has been filed on 18.12.2021 and

Ext.P4 appeal has been filed on 22.06.2022. In view of the limited

prayer made, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 1 st

respondent to consider and pass orders on Exts.P2 and P4 appeal,

after hearing the petitioner and the 2 nd respondent at the earliest,

at any rate, within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of

this judgment.
