                                   JUDGMENT

The petitioners are stage carriages operators on the

route Thavanur-Tirur. They have submitted Ext.P3 request for

revision of their own timings before the respondent. Essentially

they seek for interchange of time.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and

the learned senior Government Pleader.

3. Without expressing anything on the merits, the writ

petition is disposed of directing to the respondent to consider

Ext.P3 on its merits and on putting on notice the

affected/interested parties, if any, as expeditiously as possible

and at any rate, within a period of two months from the date

of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

Writ petition is disposed as above.
