                             JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction

to the respondent for an expeditious disposal of Ext.P3 request for

revision of timing of the petitioner.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and

the learned Government Pleader.

3. Considering the limited relief sought for in the writ

petition, this Court is of the view that this writ petition can be

disposed of, with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and

pass appropriate orders on Ext.P3 request within a time frame.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction

to the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on

Ext.P3 request within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of

this judgment. A copy of the writ petition along with a copy of this

judgment shall be produced before the respondent.
