                           JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court

seeking a direction to the 1st respondent for

an expeditious disposal of Ext.P12 revision

petition submitted by the petitioner.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the

petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

3. Considering the limited relief sought for in

the writ petition, this Court is of the view

that the writ petition can be disposed of,

with a direction to the 1st respondent to

consider and pass appropriate orders on

Ext.P12 within a time frame after hearing the

petitioner.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of

with a direction to the 2nd respondent to

consider and pass appropriate orders on WP(C) NO. 14673 OF 2022

Ext.P12 within two months from the date of

receipt of a copy of this judgment, after

giving an opportunity of hearing to the

petitioner.
