                           JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a

direction to the respondent for an expeditious disposal of

Ext.P2 application submitted by the petitioner under Form 6.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner

and the learned Government Pleader.

Considering the limited relief sought for in the writ

petition, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to

the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on

Ext.P2, after obtaining necessary reports from the concerned

authorities, within a period of three months from the date of

receipt of a copy of this judgment.
