        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to grant an interim order staying Exhibit P7 order, in the
   interest of justice.
        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/S.JOY THATTIL ITTOOP, BIJISH B.TOM, LAKSHMI RAJAN, BABY SONIA, NEVIS
   CASSANDRA L, CAXTON LORETTA & JACOB TOMLIN VARGHESE, Advocates for the
   petitioners the court passed the following:
                                      ORDER

In view of Exhibit P6, there will be an interim stay of Exhibit P7. There will be a further direction to the 2nd respondent to issue nativity certificate to the petitioner within a period of two weeks pending the writ petition.
