        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to issue an interim direction directing the Secretary Regional
   Transport Authority Ernakulam to consider Exhibit P3 application for
   temporary permit under section 87(1)(d) taking note of Exhibit P4 judgment
   and notwithstanding the fact that route length exceeded 140 kms on the
   route Uthimood-Ernakulam South in respect of S/C KL-34-G-2577, pending
   disposal of the Writ Petition.
        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   SRI.I DINESH MENON Advocates for the petitioners the court passed the
   following:
                                      ORDER

Government Pleader to get instructions from the respondents on the plea of the petitioner to consider Exhibit P3 application for temporary permit.
