        Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
   High Court be pleased to suspend the execution of the sentence in the
   judgment dated 20.01.2022 in Criminal Appeal no. 96/2019 of the Court of
   Addl. Sessions, Muvattupuzha in C.C.No. 83/2016 of the Judicial First
   Class Magistrate Court-II, Muvattupuzha, pending disposal of this criminal
   revision petition.
        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application,
   and upon hearing the arguments of BYJU KURIAKOSE, GIGIMON ISSAC,
   K.VIJEESHDAS, TOBIAS TOGI MATHEW, Advocates for the petitioner, and of
   public prosecutor for the second respondent, the court passed the
   following:
                                      ORDER

Admit.

Issue notice to the first respondent.Learned public prosecutor takes notice for the second respondent.

Sentence imposed upon the petitioner shall stand suspended on execution of bond for Rs.50,000/- with two solvent sureties each, for the like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and also on deposit of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees twenty five thousand only) within a period of one month.
