   Judgment and Decree dated 12.04.2019 in OS.No.327/2015 on the file of the Additional Munsiff Court-
   I, Kozhikode.
          This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the application and the affidavit
   filed in support thereof and this Court's order dated 22.12.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of
