        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to pass an order
   staying the operation of the exparte decree and judgment dated 20-07-2018
   in O.S.No.19 of 2017 of Subordinate Judge's Court, Hosdurg and all further
   proceedings in E.P.No.36 of 2018 on the files of Subordiante Judge's
   Court, Hosdurg, pending disposal of the appeal, in the interest of
   justice.

        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this court's
   order dated 17.03.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.ARUNKUMAR A.,
   Advocate for the petitioner, the court passed the following:
