        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to stay of Exhibit P2, P7 & P8 pending disposal of the Writ
   Petition.
        This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of

                                       ORDER

Inter alia contends that the charge memo has been

issued by the Managing Director who is incompetent as per

the provisions of Rule 198. In support of the contention the

judgment of this Court dated 29.06.2021 in W.P.

(C).No.4603/2021 (Ext.P5) has been relied.

Issue notice before admission. In the meantime, further

action in pursuance of charge memo Ext.P2 is ordered to be

stayed.
