     Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
all further proceedings in pursuance of decree and judgment dated
11/06/2020 in O.S.No.373/2005 on the file of the Hon'ble Principal Sub
Court, Kollam in the interest of justice, pending disposal of the appeal.

     This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
