        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to pass an order to
   stay all further proceedings in EP No.50/2018 in O.S.No.78/2015 of the Sub
   Court, Pala, pending disposal of the above appeal, which may please be
   allowed to meet the ends of justice.


        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 23.02.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.P.C.HARIDAS,
