                           J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is a stage carriage operator holding

permit on the route Cherukulathodu-Kozhikode via

Manjeri. In view of certain changes effected in the

timings of other vehicles, he submitted Ext.P1

application seeking modification of the time schedule.

He seeks for an expeditious consideration of the said

application.

2. Without expressing anything on the merits, the

writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to

consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P1 by

holding a timing conference as expeditiously as possible

and at any rate within a period of one month from the

date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Needless to W. P. (C) No.16678 of 2021

say that the other affected parties shall be put on

notice.
