                        J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is a stage carriage operator since

the year 2009, on the route Kalikavu - Koottakkal. He is

aggrieved by the provisional set of timings granted to

the second respondent. He has filed Ext.P3 objections

before the 1st respondent.

2. It would be sufficient if a timing conference is

held without delay and the petitioner's objections is

considered.

3. Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of

directing the first respondent to convene a timing

conference and consider the objections of the writ

petitioner, with due notice to the second respondent and

other affected parties, as expeditiously as possible and W. P. (C) No.16060 of 2021

at any rate within a period of six weeks from the date

of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
