        Op (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased
   to direct the parties to maintain status quo as ordered by this Hon'ble
   Court in Ext.P5.

   the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of

Admit.

Adv.K.R.Vinod takes notice for the

respondent.

2. The IIIrd Additional Munsiff Court,

Ernakulam is directed to take up R.P.No. 72 of

2021 in O.S.No.432 of 2021 and to pass a reasoned

order thereon within one week.

3. It is submitted by the learned Counsel

for the respondents that the suit now stands

posted to 04.10.2021. The learned Munsiff shall

advance the suit and take up R.P.No. 72 of 2021

for consideration within five days of production

of copy of this order.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner undertakes

to make available a copy of this original OP(C) No.1554/2021 3/4

O.P.(C) No.1554 of 2021

petition to the learned Counsel appearing for the

respondent.
