                                JUDGMENT

Petitioner has availed three credit facilities/loans

from the first respondent bank. The petitioner has not paid

back the amounts due to the bank in terms of the agreements

entered into in connection with the credit facilities/loans. The

accounts of the credit facilities/loans have thus become

overdue. The petitioner has now preferred Ext.P1 application

for one time settlement facility. This writ petition is filed

alleging that Ext.P1 application is not being considered.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as

also the learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent.

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances

of the case and the orders passed by this Court in similar and

identical writ petitions, the writ petition is disposed of directing

the competent authority of the first respondent to take a

decision on Ext.P1 application within a month.
