         Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further
   proceedings for eviction of the petitioner herein from the petition schedule
   item number 1 shop room, persuant to the judgment in R.C.A 4/2019 of the Rent
   Control appellate Authority (Addtional district Judge- II), Cherthala dated
   15-07-2020, pending disposal of this Rent Control Revision Petition.

        This application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's
   order dated 8.4.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S C.R.SYAMKUMAR,
   SOORAJ T.ELENJICKAL & P.A.MOHAMMED SHAH, Advocates for the petitioner and
   of Sri. T.JAYAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the respondent 1, the court passed
   the following:
